WHAT THIS PAGE SHOWS:
PUBLIC view of official squadding assignments.
Shows: Bib numbers per athlete; Field/range assignments; Time rotations; Disciplines; Squad composition; Team names.
HOW TO USE:
- Select event from dropdown (only events with active squadding appear).
- Choose discipline tabs: International Skeet, International Trap, American Skeet, American Trap, American Sporting. Each discipline shows separately.
- Find your athlete: Scroll through table OR use browser search (Ctrl+F / Cmd+F) for name OR search team name.
- Note details: Bib Number (wear during competition), Field (which range), Time (when squad shoots - arrive 15-30 min early), Squad mates.
BIB NUMBERS EXPLAINED:
What: Unique numeric ID for THIS event. Different from membership ID. Different from other events (each event assigns new bibs).
Why Important: Scorekeepers use bib to record scores. Referees identify by bib. Results show bib numbers. Safety tracking.
When Assigned: After registration closes and payment confirmed. Admin runs squadding weeks before event. Appears on this page after assignment.
What To Do: Write down or screenshot. Physical bibs provided at event check-in.
SQUADDING ASSIGNMENT:
When: AFTER registration deadline. AFTER payments confirmed. Usually 7-14 days before event. May be done in phases per discipline.
How Grouped: By team (teammates often together when possible). By rotation choice (from registration). By field capacity (5-6 per squad for skeet/trap). Mixed squads: Individuals/small teams combined.
If Missing: Check "Unassigned Athletes". Verify squad was PAID (unpaid not squadded). Check correct discipline tab. Refresh page. Contact admin if paid but missing.
ROTATIONS & FIELDS:
Rotation Time: START time. Arrive 15-30 min early. Squad takes 1-2 hours. Example: "Sat 9:00 AM" = report 8:45, shooting starts 9:00.
Field: Specific range (Field 1, Field 2, Skeet A, Trap B, etc.). GO TO CORRECT FIELD. Field maps can usaually be found near the club house at the event.
Discipline: Confirms what squad shoots. Athletes in multiple disciplines appear multiple times (once per discipline).
